Palm Jingle, Blue

The palm jingles are made out of plastic with reinforced pins holding the two sets of jingles in place. The jingles themselves are constructed with rolled edges for safety and produce a bright and jolly sound. Each instrument is 4" long and passes safety testing for 18 months an up.
